Our very own James Morley is to be a guest speaker alongside John Makepeace and Richard Millar at The Young Furniture Makers' Networking event and talk at the Penisular Arts Centre in Plymouth on Wednesday 13th November 2013. The seminar is designed specifically to help prepare graduates for their future careers.
Organised by Pauline Purves of the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers (WCFM), the speakers will be John Makepeace OBE, Richard Miller and James Morley.
Pauline says "Over the years when meeting young graduates as a retail director, I have felt that they would benefit from a more in depth knowledge of business and how the furniture industry works." This seminar offers a unique opportunity to hear from successful people in the industry, partake in a Q&A session and meet with other people currently working within the furniture industry.
